Can the projects/designs come as a CD or on a stick?

Our projects and designs only come as email download. Your nearest machine stockist can assist you to save the download email to CD or memory stick/USB stick.

I have bough the wrong format - now what?

Irene will send you the correct format for your machine. Please email angela@enchantingdesigns.net and she will send the correct format for your machine

Does the project or design come with fabric?

Our projects and designs are instant download only and they come to you via email within 1 hour to 12 hours. Please also check your spam or promotions folder. If you put the wrong email address in, no designs will come to you. Please email us your correct email address as we have no way of contacting you if your email address is incorrect  

I can't download or open my designs ?

The designs need to be downloaded then unzipped. Irene can send the unzipped files to you - please email irene@enchantingdesigns.net or you can download a free unzipping programme called 7 zip

If your designs are disappearing when you click to download, then you need to look in the download section of your computer

I cant open my .pdf instructions

You need to download Adobe Reader which is f r e e 
Follow these steps to install Acrobat Reader DC using Google Chrome.
  1. Close all versions of Reader. ...
  2. Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page and click Install now. ...
  3. Click Save to download the Reader installer.
  4. When the downloaded file appears at the bottom of the browser window, click the .exe file for Reader.

Are all prices in US Dollars?

Yes, all our prices are US dollar and not Canadian or Australian

I'm battling while sewing out ?

I am trying to log in to retrieve previous purchases or check what I bought

Our website is not set up with accounts for customers to go back in and access previous purchases. Please contact irene@enchantingdesigns.net and she can check and send you all your previous purchases

I don't have a Paypal account but I want to still purchase

In some countries there is an option when you pay on our website to checkout as a Guest with Paypal, and use your own credit card

Paypal is not showing my town or city 

Choose the nearest biggest city to you, and type that in

I can't find my discount code

Please check your spam or promotions folder and then email angela@enchantingdesigns.net

I don't know where to put the discount code

  • Add your items to you cart,
  • Go through checkout.
  • On last checkout page type code into discount box.
  • Press the apply button.

I can't find the discount box and I am buying by mobile

Please contact angela@enchantingdesigns.net as there is a an extra drop down menu which you need to unhide when you are shopping on mobile to reveal the discount box.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. The information is stored only to sort out customer queries, assist with orders once processed and for after sale service.
